As a part of the international SBG (Straight Blast Gym) Network we are proud to practice the style of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that Master Rickson Gracie perfected. 

Our head coach, Michael Heinz received all his belts directly from Master John Frankl. John Frankl got his blue belt at Rickson Gracie?s Paco Academy and received his black belt from Master Roberto Maia while working on a PhD at Harvard. 

We always strive to teach a style of Jiu Jitsu consistent with the principles of the original Gracie Jiu Jitsu that Rickson Gracie was the family champion during his amazing years of active competition.
