Getting a prospective student to reach out to you can be a massive step forward in gaining a new academy member but only if you take the right steps after they’ve established contact.

Once someone who’s interested in your academy and services gives you permission to contact them -- whether that means requesting a free class or simply messaging you on social media to ask for more information -- they become a “lead,” and from there, it’s up to you to convince them to become a paying customer.
